Tied Down Detroit 2025: Opening Party #1 took place at Edgemen Screen printing in lovely Clinton Township, Michigan.

Usually, the show featured a stacked 6-band lineup, but this year they made a few changes. Hardlore Presents did a takeover with a live podcast episode, and a record label showcase with Mongrel, Cosmic Joke, and Detroit’s own Cyadine... Rounding out the opening slot was a mixed 2 band set with King’s Command and The Sissy Boys, two of Michigan’s prime young hardcore bands kicked off the weekend at Edgemen.

I am currently working in and around Detroit. I am currently working on multiple photo books and zines, while also helping local artists manage their visual needs and navigate the music industry.
