RETURN TO EDGEMEN WITH DOUBT IT!, SILKTAIL, AND COURAGE
Originally, I was supposed to do the 313 show, but I couldnβt do the KOYO show. Shit happens, and I couldnβt make it to Edgemen on Friday. This allowed me to open up Saturday night, though, and I was now able to do a ripper at the warehouse. KOYO is in a league of its own. Where so much pop punk feels weird for me as a 42-year-old man to listen to, KOYO has a way of being much more than the 7 letter heiphanated genre in question. They continuously grow on each release and are about to drop what seems to be one of the contenders for my record of the year. Last time they were at the shop, the entire lineup was out-of-town bands; this time, the trio of support bands was all local. Doubt it! who is about to drop a new demo. Silktail, who just dropped a truly beautiful record. And Courage, the literal brand new band to open the night. It flew by. Check out the photos. Listen to all the bands. Follow them and support!
COURAGE I got there a little late so this is the only photo I got of them.
